Mr. Ji Haidong took the posts of Chairman of the Board, Party Secretary of COSCO SHIPPING Logistics & Supplychain Management Co., Ltd. in April, 2024.

Start to work in July, 2001. Mr. Ji Haidong has successively held positions as Director of Administrative Office of China Shipping Agency Co., Ltd., Manager in Human Resources Division of China Shipping (Group) Company, Vice Director of Human Resources Division, Director of Audit Division and Director of Human Resources Division of China COSCO Shipping Group Co. Ltd., and etc. Mr. Ji Haidong graduated from Dalian Maritime University, majored in transportation engineering. He has a master's degree and the qualificatios of Senior Economist and Senior Political Engineer.

Mr. Jiang Kai took the posts of Member of the Board, President and Party Committee Member of COSCO SHIPPING Logistics in June 2019, and took the posts of Member of the Board, President and Party Committee Member of COSCO SHIPPING Logistics & Supplychain Management Co., Ltd. in Dec 2022.

Start to work in July, 1994. Mr. Jiang Kai has held positions like  Principal Staff Member of Executive Division of COSCO, Deputy Manager of Marketing Department of COSCO International Freight Company, Vice Director of Publicity Strategy Department of COSCO International Freight Company, General Manager of Marketing Department of COSCO Logistics Co., Ltd., General Manager and Deputy Party Secretary of COSCO Logistics Co., Ltd., Ningbo Branch, Assistant of General Manager of COSCO Container Lines, Vice General Manager of COSCO Container Lines, Vice General Manager of COSCO SHIPPING Container Lines, Executive Vice President of COSCO SHIPPING Logistics and etc. Mr. Jiang Kai graduated from Dalian Maritime University, majored in logistics engineering, got master degree of engineering, an engineer.

Mr. Zhang Yansong took the post of Vice Secretary of Party committee of COSCO SHIPPING Logistics in June 2022, and took the post of Vice Secretary of Party committee of COSCO SHIPPING Logistics & Supplychain Management Co., Ltd. in Dec 2022.He was appointed as Executive Vice President and Party Committee Member of COSCO SHIPPING Logistics in April 2019. Prior to that, Mr. Zhang had been the General Manager of Accounting Department of COSCO Logistics, General Manager of Ningbo COSCO Logistics, and General Manager of Ningbo COSCO SHIPPING Logistics. 

Mr. Zhang graduated from Central University of Finance and Economics, major of finance, and was rated as senior accountant.

Mr. Duan Yonghuan took the posts of Chief Financial Officer and Party Committee Member of COSCO SHIPPING Logistics in August 2016, and took the posts ofChief Financial Officer and Party Committee Member  of COSCO SHIPPING Logistics & Supplychain Management Co., Ltd. in Dec 2022. Prior to that, he had been General manager of the finance department in Qingdao high tech Park Investment Development Corporation, General manager of the finance department of Qingdao Ocean Shipping Co., Ltd., CFO of Hainan COSCO Boao Co., Ltd., CFO of COSCO bulk carrier Co., Ltd., CFO, Member of the Party Committee of COSCO Logistics. Mr. Duan Yonghuan graduated from Tianjin University with a master's degree. He is also a Senior Accountant.

Mr. Gao Wei took the posts of Executive Vice President and Party Committee Member of COSCO SHIPPING Logistics in August 2017, and took the posts ofExecutive Vice President and Party Committee Member of COSCO SHIPPING Logistics & Supplychain Management Co., Ltd. in Dec 2022. He started his career in July, 1991. Mr. Gao was the Deputy Director General of Foreign Trade Bureau in Pingshan County, Hebei Province; Teaching Assistant of Electronic Science and Technology College under General Office of the CPC Central Committee General; the head of Business Division, Development Department of PENAVICO; General Manager of PENAVICO, Jiujiang; Manager Assistant of Shipping Department, Deputy General Manager of Development Department, General Manager of Marketing Department of PENAVICO; General Manager of Cooperative Development Department of COSCO Logistics Co., Ltd; Party Secretary and President of China United Tally Co., Ltd.; Executive Vice President of China Ocean Shipping Tally Company. 

Mr. Gao Wei graduated from Dalian Maritime University, majored in Transportation Planning and Management. He has a master's degree and the qualification of Senior Engineer.

Mr. Fu Peng took the posts of Executive Vice President and Party Committee Member of COSCO SHIPPING Logistics in August 2016, and took the posts ofExecutive Vice President and Party Committee Member of COSCO SHIPPING Logistics & Supplychain Management Co., Ltd. in Dec 2022.

Prior to that, he had been Deputy General Manager of Product Logistics Department in Cosco Logistics (Dalian) CO. LTD.,; General Manager of Logistics Department in Ocean & Air Cargo Services Pty Limited; Managing Director of COSCO Oceania Pty Limited; Managing Director and Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of COSCO Beijing International Freight Co., Ltd., and Deputy Managing Director in COSCO Tianjin International Freight Co., Ltd.; Assistant General Manager in COSCO LOGISTICS CO. LTD.; Mr. Fu Peng graduated from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics with a MBA degree, economist.

Mr. Ma Xiaodong took the posts of Executive Vice President and Party Committee Member of COSCO SHIPPING Logistics in April 2019, and took the posts ofExecutive Vice President and Party Committee Member of COSCO SHIPPING Logistics & Supplychain Management Co., Ltd. in Dec 2022. Mr. Ma started to work in July, 1993, and has held such positions as Director of Administrative Office in PENAVICO, General Manager of Air Freight Department and Freight Forwarding Department in COSCO Logistics, General Manager and Party Secretary of Xiamen COSCO Logistic, Party Secretary and Deputy General Manager of Guangzhou COSCO Logistic, General Manager of COSCO Logistics Warehousing Distribution Company, Warehousing Logistics Division of COSCO SHIPPING Logistic and Shanghai COSCO SHIPPING Logistic successively.

Graduated from personnel management major in Renmin University of China, Mr. Ma Xiaodong pursued his master’s degree in business administration in Warwick University.

Mr. Zuo Zhenyong took the posts of Director of Party Disciplinary Inspection Office, Party Committee Member of COSCO SHIPPING Logistics in April 2022, and took the post of Vice Secretary of Party committee of COSCO SHIPPING Logistics & Supplychain Management Co., Ltd. in Dec 2022. From July, 1995, Mr. Zuo has successively held positions as the Deputy Manager of the Supervisory Business Management Office of the Supervision Department of COSCO Group (during this period, he served as the Deputy Secretary of the county Party Committee of Luolong County, Qamdo region, Tibet Autonomous Region), and the Manager of the Supervisory Business Management Office of the Supervision and Discipline Inspection Department of COSCO Group, Director of the Second Inspection Office/Supervisor Business Management Office, Director of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office of the Supervision and Audit Department, Party Group/Discipline Inspection Group Work Department of COSCO Shipping Group, member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection of COSCO Shipping (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Mr. Zuo Zhenyong graduated from Beijing Institute of Materials with a major in logistics management and qualification of senior political engineer.

Mr. Qu Lianfeng took the posts of Executive Vice President and Party Committee Member of COSCO SHIPPING Logistics in July 2022, and took the posts ofExecutive Vice President and Party Committee Member of COSCO SHIPPING Logistics & Supplychain Management Co., Ltd. in Dec 2022. From August 1995, Mr. Qu has successively held positions as Director of Administrative Office and Assistant to the General Manager of Dalian Cosco Logistics, General Manager of Cosco Hafei Logistics; Deputy General Manager of Ningbo COSCO Logistics; General Manager of Cosco Logistics Tianjin; Deputy General Manager and General Manager of Dalian Cosco Shipping Logistics; General Manager of Warehousing Logistics BU and Bulk Cargo Logistics BU of Cosco Shipping Logistics & Supply Chain Management. Majored in Shipping Management, Mr. Qu got his bachelor’s degree in Dalian Maritime University.
