Mr. Ji Haidong took the posts of Chairman of the Board, Party Secretary of COSCO SHIPPING Logistics & Supplychain Management Co., Ltd. in April, 2024.

Mr. Ji started to work in July, 2001, and has successively held positions as Director of Administrative Office of China Shipping Agency Co., Ltd., Manager in Human Resources Division of China Shipping (Group) Company, Vice Director of Human Resources Division, Director of Audit Division and Director of Human Resources Division of China COSCO Shipping Group Co. Ltd., and etc. Mr. Ji Haidong graduated from Dalian Maritime University, and majored in transportation engineering. He has got a master's degree and qualificatios of Senior Economist and Senior Political Engineer.

Mr. Jiang Kai took the posts of Member of the Board, President and Party Committee Member of COSCO SHIPPING Logistics in June 2019, and took the posts of Member of the Board, President and Party Committee Member of COSCO SHIPPING Logistics & Supplychain Management Co., Ltd. in Dec 2022.

Start to work in July, 1994. Mr. Jiang Kai has held positions like  Principal Staff Member of Executive Division of COSCO, Deputy Manager of Marketing Department of COSCO International Freight Company, Vice Director of Publicity Strategy Department of COSCO International Freight Company, General Manager of Marketing Department of COSCO Logistics Co., Ltd., General Manager and Deputy Party Secretary of COSCO Logistics Co., Ltd., Ningbo Branch, Assistant of General Manager of COSCO Container Lines, Vice General Manager of COSCO Container Lines, Vice General Manager of COSCO SHIPPING Container Lines, Executive Vice President of COSCO SHIPPING Logistics and etc. Mr. Jiang Kai graduated from Dalian Maritime University, majored in logistics engineering, got master degree of engineering, an engineer.

Mr. Ma Xiaodong was appointed as Deputy Party Secretary of COSCO SHIPPING Logistics & Supplychain Management Co., Ltd in March, 2025. Mr. Ma started to work in July, 1993, and has held such positions as Director of Administrative Office of PENAVICO, General Manager of Air Freight Department and Freight Forwarding Department of COSCO Logistics, General Manager and Party Secretary of Xiamen COSCO Logistic, Party Secretary and Deputy General Manager of Guangzhou COSCO Logistic, General Manager of COSCO Logistics Warehousing Distribution Company, Warehousing Logistics Division of COSCO SHIPPING Logistic and Shanghai COSCO SHIPPING Logistic,  Executive Vice President and Party Committee Member of COSCO SHIPPING Logistics, and Executive Vice President and Party Committee Member of COSCO SHIPPING Logistics & Supplychain Management Co., Ltd.  successively.

Graduated from personnel management major in Renmin University of China, Mr. Ma Xiaodong pursued his master’s degree in business administration in Warwick University.

Mr. Gao Wei took the posts of Executive Vice President and Party Committee Member of COSCO SHIPPING Logistics in August 2017, and took the posts ofExecutive Vice President and Party Committee Member of COSCO SHIPPING Logistics & Supplychain Management Co., Ltd. in Dec 2022. He started his career in July, 1991. Mr. Gao was the Deputy Director General of Foreign Trade Bureau in Pingshan County, Hebei Province; Teaching Assistant of Electronic Science and Technology College under General Office of the CPC Central Committee General; the head of Business Division, Development Department of PENAVICO; General Manager of PENAVICO, Jiujiang; Manager Assistant of Shipping Department, Deputy General Manager of Development Department, General Manager of Marketing Department of PENAVICO; General Manager of Cooperative Development Department of COSCO Logistics Co., Ltd; Party Secretary and President of China United Tally Co., Ltd.; Executive Vice President of China Ocean Shipping Tally Company. 

Mr. Gao Wei graduated from Dalian Maritime University, majored in Transportation Planning and Management. He has a master's degree and the qualification of Senior Engineer.

Mr. Qu Lianfeng took the posts of Executive Vice President and Party Committee Member of COSCO SHIPPING Logistics in July 2022, and took the posts ofExecutive Vice President and Party Committee Member of COSCO SHIPPING Logistics & Supplychain Management Co., Ltd. in Dec 2022. From August 1995, Mr. Qu has successively held positions as Director of Administrative Office and Assistant to the General Manager of Dalian Cosco Logistics, General Manager of Cosco Hafei Logistics; Deputy General Manager of Ningbo COSCO Logistics; General Manager of Cosco Logistics Tianjin; Deputy General Manager and General Manager of Dalian Cosco Shipping Logistics; General Manager of Warehousing Logistics BU and Bulk Cargo Logistics BU of Cosco Shipping Logistics & Supply Chain Management. Majored in Shipping Management, Mr. Qu got his bachelor’s degree in Dalian Maritime University. 

Mr. Liu Zuogong took the posts of Director of Party Disciplinary Inspection Commission, Party Committee Member of COSCO SHIPPING Logistics in August 2024. From July, 1994, Mr. Liu has successively held positions as the Deputy Secretary of the Youth League Committee, deputy director and director of the Supervision and Discipline Inspection Department of COSCO Bulk Company, he also served temporarily as the political commissar of Taihe Ocean Ship, and deputy manager of Supervision and Discipline Inspection Department of COSCO Bulk Group, deputy secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission,  deputy manager of Supervision and Discipline Inspection Department and director of Party Committee Inspection in COSCO Shipping Bulk Company. Mr. Liu Zuogong graduated from Party School of the Municipal Party Committee with a master’s degree. He has got a qualification of senior political engineer.

Mr. Huang Chunfeng was appointed as Executive Vice President and Party Committee Member of COSCO Shipping Logistics and Supply Management in  March 2025. From July 1996, Mr. Huang has successively held positions as Vice Manager of the Financial Department and General Affairs Department at Fujian Ocean Shipping Agency; Director of Administrative Office and Manager of Supervision Department, Assistant to the General Manager, Deputy General Manager, and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection at COSCO Logistic Xiamens; General Manager of the Strategic Development Department at COSCO Logistics; General Manager and Party Secretary of COSCO Logistics Xiamen; General Manager, Deputy Party Secretary, and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection at Xiamen COSCO SHIPPING Logistics; General Manager and Deputy Party Secretary of the Qingdao Branch of COSCO SHIPPING Logistics Supply Chain Management. Mr. Huang Chunfeng holds a Master’s degree in Logistics Engineering at Xiamen University.

Mr. Chen Jian was appointed as Executive Vice President and Party Committee Member of COSCO Shipping Logistics and Supply Management in March 2025. From May 2004, Mr. Chen has successively held positions as Director of Marketing & Planning Center at Engineering Logistics Division of COSCO Logistics; Deputy General Manager, Deputy Party Secretary, and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection of Engineering Logistics Division of COSCO Logistics; Deputy Party Secretary, Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, Party Secretary, and Deputy General Manager at COSCO Project Logistics; General Manager and Deputy Party Secretary of Projects Logistics BU of COSCO Shipping Logistics & Supply Chain Management. Majored in Transportation Planning and Management, Mr. Chen got his master's degree in Dalian Maritime University. He is certified as an Engineer.

Mr. Zhu Leming was appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Party Committee Member of COSCO Shipping Logistics and Supply Management in March 2025. From July 1999, Mr. Zhu has successively held positions as Manager of the Settlement Center of Finance Department at COSCO Container Lines, Manager of the Settlement Center and Deputy General Manager of Finance Department at COSCO SHIPPING Lines, Deputy General Manager and General Manager of Finance Department at COSCO SHIPPING Holdings/ COSCO SHIPPING Lines. Mr. Zhu Leming holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics at Shanghai Maritime University. He is certified as an senior accountant.
